Our financial inventories can be conducted at Retail or Net value. Itemized inventories can also yield financial results, but may also be used to upload into your POS system. We will use either UPC and or SKU numbers to collect the data. The output file can be specified to match your POS system.
We can upload your inventory database to our handheld devices so that when we scan or enter an item, we have all the information on that product. This includes product name, size, cost, etc.
Our software and hardware are unique to us. We develop our own. Instant Inventory Service’s software was developed with accuracy in mind.
Upon completion of the inventory, you are usually given results before we leave. We first compare the inventory to previous inventories to look for variances. These results can be a printed report or electronic data. For itemized inventories, both types of results may be available. The electronic results are given as an Excel spreadsheet and allow for auditors to verify our results. Our financial results are certified and notarized.
